I enjoy Ani Phyo's raw recipes quite a bit and decided to give the Almond Veggie Pate Nori Rolls a try. I am a sushi fanatic, so I was worried, but these rolls were really satisfying. A bowl of miso soup and I'd be set for a great healthier alternative to the white rice-filled sushi.
As for these little treats, I cannot stop eating them! I made a batch last night to pack for lunch today, and we polished them off as soon as they were ready. Batch 2 is gone and it's noon! Head over to I Heart Wellness for this addictive recipe!!! (I used some vegan white choc. chips in the mix rather than drizzling dark chocolate on top. I'll move on to that when we run out of these chips). I am not a "healthy sweets" girl- I like candy and cookies and such, but somehow these little nut/seed bombs were amazing!!
And here's my kitty, Chloe, just cuz I love her!

Cool post. I am looking to do more raw stuff too. A lot of Ani's stuff seems pretty "geary" though, if you know what I mean? Do you have a dehydrator? Is that how you made those little nutty nuggets? I could just click on the link to find out...
Those sushi rolls look awesome! Cute cat, too. :)
The gear-heavy recipes always run me off too! I have a blender and a food processor, both inexpensive. The clusters are just mixed with a spoon and frozen on a plate- easy as pie. I would love to try the dehydrator recipes and such, but will wait till I find garage sale/thrift machinery :)
